About The Position

The Supervisor oversees workgroups and is responsible for their safety, production, and attendance. The role establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

The Supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, and promotes a positive, team-oriented workplace focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continuous improvement. The role supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and development plans.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
