About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to support the customer experience and help maximize sales at its Town East location in Mesquite, Texas. The role is suited to motivated, upbeat, and outgoing individuals who enjoy customer service, fashion, shoes, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial retail environment.

Associates help create an enjoyable shopping experience, interact with customers, and keep the store clean, neat, and organized. The work may involve running around the store and climbing ladders. Weekend availability is required. Customer service experience is helpful but not required; athletic shoe sales experience is a plus. The listed pay is $11.00 per hour, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, self-motivated, and driven to work hard and succeed.
• Communicate naturally with a wide range of people.
