About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help deliver a positive customer experience and maximize sales. The role involves creating an enjoyable shopping experience, assisting customers, and helping maintain a clean, neat, and organized store. Team members work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment and may run around and climb ladders while selling shoes. The position is based at the Town East location in Mesquite, Texas. The stated pay range is $11.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and interested in fashion, trends, or shoes.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Be self-motivated, dynamic, and an outstanding communicator.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to work well as a team member.
