About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate assists customers and helps maintain the store’s appearance. The role is responsible for customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, and is designated only during company-identified seasonal periods. It is temporary and supports increased business during high-volume times of the year.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers as they enter and exit the store and approach the front end.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and assist with selling products.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs throughout the year.
• Maintain a neat and organized front-end work area.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the overall store.
• Complete additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
