About The Position

Our Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The Seasonal Sales Associate shares an enthusiasm for fashion and works to create an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves engaging with customers, supporting sales goals, sharing product knowledge and fashion advice, and helping maintain store operations and a positive team environment. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a good environment for customers and coworkers.
