About The Position

Our part-time seasonal Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The role focuses on sharing a love of fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers through engaging service, product knowledge, sales support, and teamwork. Associates also help maintain the store and complete assigned daily tasks.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to inspire customers and meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned responsibilities, including floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a good environment for customers and colleagues.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
