About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement and selling, collaborates with the store team, and contributes to visual standards and business operations.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet store needs.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to complete transactions in the moment, find sizes and colors, and order items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders in the SPARKED journal.
Share insights about customer and employee experiences and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processing to learn about new and restocked products, help fulfill omni orders, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers, and stay current on merchandising updates.
