HUGO BOSS is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Livermore. The associate provides customer service, develops client relationships, supports sales and store operations, and represents the brand in the community.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, business support, and problem solving.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product information, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
