About The Position

The Outlet Team Member’s primary responsibility is to drive sales and profit by supporting customer engagement and merchandising efficiency. The role provides outstanding, friendly, efficient, and helpful customer service, sells merchandise, and serves customer needs so customers feel valued. It also supports store operating efficiency through pricing, merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, and floor recovery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods; perform reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and ladder climbing; use color vision; and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequently use computers and other technology necessary for job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and genuine service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in the fitting room.
Perform point-of-sale transactions, including sales, returns, payments, and cash counting, efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop environment.
Help ensure merchandise is floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed; recover the selling floor by folding, straightening, and sizing merchandise to standard.
Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
