About The Position

Nati Boutique is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates for a temporary holiday-season role lasting 90 days, from November through January, with a possible extension based on performance. The role supports a warm, welcoming shopping experience while maintaining the boutique’s brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Full availability throughout the holiday season, including weekends.
• Availability during Thanksgiving week and weekend, and throughout the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and assist with product selection and styling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep merchandise stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
• Assist with sales transactions and accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Support inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.
