About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while helping customers have an amazing shopping experience. You connect with customers, offer fashion advice tailored to their personal style, and use product knowledge to meet their needs and support sales. You also help maintain the store and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and inspire them with product knowledge tailored to their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
