About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role engages customers through personalized conversations, product suggestions, and technology-assisted transactions, while supporting teamwork, product knowledge sharing, store operations, and visual standards. The associate helps fulfill omni orders, maintain floor stock, and communicate customer and employee feedback to Store Leadership.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to complete transactions, find sizes and colors, and order items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights about the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products, complete omni order fulfillment processes, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, and stay current on merchandising updates.
