About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time seasonal Retail Sales Associate to create an enjoyable shopping experience, help maximize sales, and support the store in a team-oriented environment. The role involves serving customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and helping with day-to-day retail activities. It may include running around the store and climbing ladders. Candidates should be outgoing, interested in fashion, shoes, or current trends, and motivated to work hard and succeed. Weekend availability is required. Customer service experience is helpful but not required; experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
