About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to provide customers with a positive shopping experience and help create and maximize sales at each location. Team members work in a fun, team-oriented retail environment and support Shoe Palace’s continued growth. The work is varied and may include assisting customers, selling shoes, and helping maintain the store. The role is seasonal and part-time in Windcrest, Texas, at Walzem Plaza. The listed pay range is $10.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun and outgoing, with an interest in fashion, trends, or shoes.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Communicate comfortably with a range of people.
