About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate joins Under Armour during busy seasons to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized. The role supports daily store operations and sales goals, and may assist with stock duties as needed. It is suited to energetic, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and may be looking for seasonal work during summer or holiday breaks.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement: at least 16 years old, or 18 years old in California.
• Be able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Fluency in the local language is required; basic English is a plus.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, handheld devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Offer customer service from a sincere greeting through efficient checkout.
• Recommend apparel and footwear suited to customers and share product knowledge.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Work in both the front and back of the store as needed, including point-of-sale and payment processes.
• Fulfill customer omnichannel requests through the digital experience, following Under Armour processes and policies.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Work scheduled hours in accordance with Under Armour’s attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
