About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by carrying out the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge to maximize sales and help customers find products that meet their needs.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects each customer’s personal style.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks, including floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
