About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and individual style, and contributing to a positive store environment. Seasonal Sales Associates also support daily store operations, including opening and closing tasks, maintaining the sales floor, and processing customer purchases.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales and address their needs.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
