About The Position

The role provides exceptional, tailored customer service and supports the management team in achieving sales and operational goals. The associate contributes to a standout store environment, shares in the team’s efforts to meet customer expectations and business goals, and represents the Reiss brand. Reiss describes its designs as sustainable, high-quality, and timeless, and operates stores, concessions, and franchises internationally, as well as online and through an app.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
