About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role engages customers through personalized service, product suggestions, and in-the-moment technology. It also supports teamwork, product knowledge sharing, store operations, shipment and omni-order fulfillment, and Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by engaging multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Provide customer and employee experience insights and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products.
Contribute to omni-order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards, stay current on merchandising updates, and keep the focus on the customer.
