Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to provide quality service and maintain a positive, inclusive store environment. They help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing so customers can enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
