About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leaders to provide excellent service and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The role also involves keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
• Comfort using technology and accuracy with transactions.
• Ability to adapt and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to learn and grow.
