About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent the brand with personal style and enthusiasm, bringing a welcoming presence to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work collaboratively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
- Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
- Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while performing tasks.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, champion new ideas, and navigate uncertainty.
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
- Drive sales while exceeding customer service and selling expectations.
- Assist with operational and product-related store tasks assigned by management, acting in line with brand values.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
