About The Position

The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate supports customers on the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on creating positive shopping experiences, providing personalized product and styling recommendations, contributing to sales goals, and supporting store presentation and operations. Associates may be scheduled up to 20 hours per week based on business needs, with a minimum shift length of four hours. Availability is required Thursday through Sunday, including Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week, through the end date specified for the location.

Requirements

Availability Thursday through Sunday, including Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week.
Proficiency in Apple products, G-suite, and omni-channel POS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focus.
High school degree.

Responsibilities

Identify cross-selling opportunities and suggest additional products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Assist with merchandising and product replenishment.
Support fitting room and customer service needs during busy periods.
Help keep the store inviting and ready for customers.
Assist with stocking, inventory organization, and backroom tasks.
Follow store policies and procedures to support efficient operations.
Work collaboratively with teammates to meet store goals.
