Seasonal Sales Associate, Part-Time - Princeton
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate supports Reformation’s sales and customer experience goals while representing the company’s sustainable fashion mission and brand values. The Associate works to achieve individual sales goals, build customer relationships, maintain the store environment and product presentation, and contribute to accurate inventory and loss prevention. This role reports to the Store Manager. The position requires at least 20 hours per week and at least three workdays per week, including weekends. The Associate must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- A driven approach to taking on new challenges and self-motivation for work and career.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a minimum of three days per week, including weekends.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required by business needs.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Support clientele generation through customer engagement.
- Create an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset and build long-term client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embody brand values, engage customers with the brand, and share Reformation’s stories, particularly its sustainability work.
- Maintain strong customer experience feedback and service evaluation scores through NPS.
- Support consistent inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
- Contribute to loss prevention across the business.
- Follow the time and attendance policy.
- Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards.
- Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
- Communicate product feedback based on customer feedback to support improvements to products and merchandising.
- Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are easily accessible.
