About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role engages customers through personalized service, supports sales across the floor, and uses technology to complete transactions, locate merchandise, and order unavailable items. The associate also collaborates with peers, shares product knowledge and trend insights, supports shipment and online order fulfillment, and maintains the store’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Support positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Provide Store Leadership with insights and feedback related to the customer and employee experience.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products; contribute to omni order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
