About The Position

Monmouth Trading Cards is hiring Seasonal Retail Sales Associates for its Framingham, Massachusetts team during the holiday season. Associates deliver a high-quality customer experience and support holiday sales by assisting collectors, gift shoppers, hobbyists, parents, and new customers with trading cards and collectibles. The role involves helping customers select products, processing transactions, keeping the sales floor stocked and organized, and supporting seasonal promotions and peak shopping periods. This temporary seasonal position runs from immediately through December 31st. Part-time and full-time schedules are available depending on store coverage needs.

Nice To Haves

Interest in or knowledge of trading cards, sports cards, or trading card games such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or sports collectibles.
Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Assist shoppers, collectors, and parents with purchases, gift recommendations, and product questions.
Drive sales of sealed products, single cards, card supplies, and holiday gift items.
Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently during high-traffic store hours.
Restock inventory and maintain organized product displays and store cleanliness.
Support peak holiday sales periods, special store promotions, and high-volume foot traffic.
Collaborate with the team through the end-of-year rush.
