About The Position

Monmouth Trading Cards is hiring Seasonal Retail Sales Associates for its Stamford, Connecticut team during the holiday season. This temporary position focuses on providing a high-quality customer experience, supporting holiday sales, and helping customers navigate trading cards and collectibles. Associates work in a fast-paced retail environment serving collectors, gift shoppers, hobbyists, and new customers. Employment starts immediately and ends December 31st. Part-time and full-time seasonal schedules are available depending on store coverage needs.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Assist holiday shoppers, collectors, and parents with purchases, gift recommendations, and product questions.
Support sales of sealed products, single cards, card supplies, and holiday gift items.
Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently during high-traffic store hours.
Restock inventory, maintain organized product displays, and keep the store clean.
Support peak holiday sales periods, special store promotions, and high-volume foot traffic.
Collaborate with the team through the end-of-year rush.
