About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create positive holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. You work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, using product knowledge and friendly service to build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and encourage loyalty. The role includes more than cashiering: you help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain merchandise and displays, process damages, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another, work toward individual and store results, and continue learning. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
