About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and smart selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review goals, and learn about new arrivals, best-selling items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain merchandise and displays, process damages and select merchandise returns to vendors, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and provide a warm, sincere closing to each interaction. Colleagues support one another and work to improve individual and store results.
