As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors, building trust and loyalty along the way. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, maintain a shoppable space by merchandising and processing merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere closing interaction. Colleagues support one another and work to improve their individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
