About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn each customer’s needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect customers with appropriate products and services. Working on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to create memorable visits, build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty. The role emphasizes customer engagement, sales goals, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. Throughout the day, they engage customers in friendly, personal conversations and maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise for vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They promote the Loyalty program, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you.
