About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. By bringing warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to interactions on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you help make visits memorable, achieve sales goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, and maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers and selected vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results are important aspects of the role. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
