About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a well-merchandised, fully stocked sales space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Duties include preparing products, restocking displays, assisting with transactions, and anticipating team needs so the area remains ready for customers. The role combines customer service and sales support during the busiest time of year.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position involves frequent customer and colleague interaction, use of register and handheld technology, and physical activity such as standing, lifting, moving, and reaching.

• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shoppable fragrance sales floor.
• Prepare products and restock displays.
• Support sales colleagues on the floor and behind the scenes, including assisting with transactions.
• Greet customers, offer a warm welcome, and build friendly, personal customer relationships.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and best-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
• Merchandise new receipts, process damages and testers, and prepare select merchandise for return to vendors.
• Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit.
• Support colleagues through honest, caring, collaborative teamwork and contribute to individual and store results.
