Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Belden Village Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department by maintaining a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space and supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. You will prepare products, restock displays, assist with transactions, anticipate team needs, and keep the department shop-ready during the busy season. The role calls for flexible team players who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Daily activities include preparing the sales floor for customers, reviewing sales goals and product information, welcoming customers and building relationships through friendly conversations, and maintaining displays and merchandise. You will process damages, testers, and selected merchandise returns to vendors; update signs and pricing; support merchandise moves; share Loyalty program benefits; and help achieve individual and store sales results. Colleagues are expected to support one another, collaborate, and continually learn and improve.
Requirements
- Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shop-ready fragrance department and sales floor.
- Prepare products and restock and merchandise displays, including new receipts.
- Welcome customers, engage in friendly personal conversations, and help build customer relationships.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
- Process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Assist with register transactions and share Loyalty program benefits with customers.
- Help customers complete their shopping experience and thank them sincerely.
- Collaborate with colleagues and work toward sales goals and individual and store results.
