Sales Associate, Belden Village Mall
About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will help create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects the brand’s culture of hospitality. You will build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service while contributing to store performance and maintaining brand standards. This is a temporary, part-time position at Belden Village Mall in Canton, Ohio, with an hourly pay range of $11.00 to $13.75.
Requirements

- Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
- Initiate authentic conversations to understand customers’ needs and provide personalized service.
- Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
- Stay accountable to personal goals and contribute to overall store performance.
- Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
