About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You will keep the area beautifully merchandised and fully stocked while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the sales floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and sales support, anticipating team needs and keeping the department ready for customers during the busy seasonal period.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
• Welcome customers, engage in friendly conversations, and help build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable fragrance department by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
• Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
• Support the sales team and assist with transactions, including processing register transactions.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their business.
• Collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities and contribute to sales goals and store results.
