Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Stockton Sherwood
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor efficient. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability and willingness to meet daily sales goal challenges.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.
- Monitor order alerts and support inventory accuracy and efficient store operations.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and thank them for their business.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
