About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting fragrance-department experience by maintaining a well-merchandised, fully stocked space and supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes. You prepare products, restock displays, assist with transactions, anticipate team needs, and help keep the department ready for customers during the busy season. The role requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

Responsibilities

• Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Review sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions to support informed customer service and selling.
• Welcome customers, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
• Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, thank them sincerely, and help carry packages when appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the team in serving customers and achieving individual and store results.
• Assist with transactions and use register and handheld equipment as needed.
