Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Reno Meadowood
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You provide friendly, high-quality service and support the team in achieving sales goals. Colleagues prepare the sales floor, stay informed about goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and offer customers a warm welcome and personal assistance. Throughout the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, help customers complete their visit, and collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities. They also work to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results.
Requirements
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in a team.
- Be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Be able to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, and process register transactions.

- Share the benefits of the Loyalty program, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the team in achieving sales goals.
- Learn and improve to contribute to individual and store results.
