About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague at Macy’s, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable customer shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, use product knowledge and friendly service to build trust and loyalty, and work toward sales goals. The role also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and engage customers through warm welcomes and personal conversations.
