Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Micronesia
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines service and support, anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and creating positive customer moments during the busy season. It calls for flexible team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks, and can work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities; able to work independently and contribute to a team.
Responsibilities
- Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
- Welcome customers and build friendly, personal conversations and relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, returning select merchandise to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you.
- Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Work toward sales goals, take pride in the work, and learn from colleagues to contribute to individual and store results.
- Assist with transactions and use register and handheld technology as needed.
