About The Position

Vala's Pumpkin Patch is a family-owned and operated fall festival located in Gretna, Nebraska, open for 45 to 55 days a year. It spans over 400 acres with more than 50 attractions, including pick-your-own pumpkins, apples, and flowers, and over 25 food locations. Vala's mission is to bring happiness by creating a place for magical memories shared between families and friends.

Requirements

• Experience using a point of sale (POS) system
• Interest in guest service- experience not required
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, 25-50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist and reach for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions

• Accurately record sales using POS system
• Accept payment and process transactions
• Ability to lift and place retail items on shelves
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner at all times
