Seasonal Registered Nurse / RN - Central Staffing Office – NICU, PRN - Nights (24hr/wk) – Region C
About The Position
This position is for a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) in the Central Staffing Office, specifically for the NICU unit, working PRN nights with a commitment of 24 hours per week. The role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals and prides itself on high-performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills. The main office is in Arlington, TX, but the primary work location will be in Region C, which includes Fort Worth, Southwest, Cleburne, Clearfork, Burleson, Willow Park, Arlington Memorial, Heart & Vascular, and the Specialty Hospital.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma Required or Associate’s degree in Nursing Required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency
- 5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
- Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire
- NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
