About The Position

ATKG is seeking a Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our fall recruiting season. This temporary role centers on conducting initial phone screenings for internship and entry-level candidates — a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on recruiting experience without event or travel commitments.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of candidates at once.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Prior recruiting, HR, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
ATS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial phone screenings for internship and entry-level candidates, evaluating them against ATKG’s established screening criteria.
Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate calls.
Document screening results and candidate status in our Applicant Tracking System.
Communicate professionally with candidates on scheduling and next steps.
Partner with our recruiting team to advance qualified candidates quickly.
