About The Position

Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities, an operating platform of QuadReal Property Group, is Canada’s leader in modular housing and the largest builder, owner, and operator of residential land lease communities. With over 25 years of experience, Parkbridge professionally manages more than 55 communities and 30 resorts across the country. Parkbridge enables Canadians to buy their first home sooner, seniors to downsize, and families to vacation at RV resorts that benefit from activity programs and included amenities. This is a newly created role within the organization, offering a chance to learn and work in a unique and growing market with a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • 1-2 years related customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry or campgrounds is an asset.
  • Detailed oriented and takes pride in ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates.
  • High level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning and discretion.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in/ process payments for guests.
  • Process reservations over the phone, online and in person.
  • Create emails, letters, newsletters, posters and other documents, as required.
  • Handling all outgoing and incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and investigate discrepancies.
