About The Position

The Receptionist will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office to support daily business operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong knowledge of computer skills and typing
  • Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
  • Effective and clear communication
  • Dependable and Detailed individual with organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in administrative and/or telephone communications
  • Legal clerical experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering and transferring inbound calls, while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and HIPAA compliance
  • Properly noting the account and delegating tasks to the correct department
  • Performing clerical office duties
  • Retrieving incoming mail from local post office
  • Sorting and scanning incoming mail to accounts.
  • Ensuring office is neat and organized
