Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience (insurance or healthcare experience is a plus).
Comfortable working with seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, team-oriented, and client-first mindset.
A valid Montana Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients and visitors in person and by phone with professionalism, warmth, and care.
Assist with gathering client information and scheduling appointments for Licensed Client Advocates.
Send client communications, including appointment reminders, birthday cards, and newsletters.
Process applications and documents for new and renewing clients via scanning, fax, and digital input.
Coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to resolve questions or issues.
Support seminar logistics, marketing material distribution, and community event planning.
Help maintain office equipment and supplies to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Provide additional support during our busiest season, the Annual Open Enrollment period (October–December).
Participate in occasional community and networking events outside of regular hours.
