About The Position

The Seasonal Production Associate provides production and sales support to meet Front Row Popcorn’s business demands while maintaining a positive attitude. The associate may perform food production, packaging, store support, customer service, and related duties. Other duties may be assigned by the Director.

Requirements

• Must be 15 years or older.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Knowledge of food production practices.
• Ability to work independently.
• Move and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Bend, lift overhead, squat, kneel, and climb.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail and/or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and package products; perform assembly, labeling, and heat sealing.
• Wash dishes, sweep, and clean up.
• Use production equipment, including a popper, glazer, tumbler, and kettle.
• Drizzle popcorn and cut fudge.
• Assemble gift sets.
• Operate the point-of-sale cash register.
• Stock the store and rotate products.
• Provide customer service and contribute to teamwork.
• Work with urgency and under pressure; manage time effectively.
• Keep the store and production area clean and orderly.
• Abide by agency, state, CARF, OSHA, and Health Department regulations and procedures.
• Complete all training within the required timeframe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
