About The Position

The Seasonal Production Associate provides production and sales support to meet Front Row Popcorn’s business demands while maintaining a positive attitude. The role involves food production, packaging, store support, customer service, and cleaning. Associates are assigned tasks from the listed responsibilities and must follow applicable agency, state, CARF, OSHA, and Health Department regulations and procedures. They must complete required training within the specified timeframe and may be assigned other duties by the Director.

Requirements

Must be 15 years or older.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow directions.
Knowledge of food production practices.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to stand and sit for long periods and bend, lift overhead, squat, kneel, and climb.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Retail and/or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Produce popcorn and other products.
Package products, assemble packages, label items, and heat-seal packaging.
Wash dishes, sweep, and clean up.
Use production equipment, including a popper, glazer, tumbler, and kettle.
Drizzle popcorn and cut fudge.
Assemble gift sets.
Operate the point-of-sale cash register.
Stock the store and rotate products.
Provide customer service and work as part of a team.
Work with urgency, manage time, and work under pressure.
Keep the store and production area clean and orderly.
Follow agency, state, CARF, OSHA, and Health Department regulations and procedures.
Complete all training within the required timeframe.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
