About The Position

Production Associates work on the plant floor at a Louisville manufacturing facility to produce metal poster art. The role operates digital printing equipment, heat/sublimation presses, metal cutting lines, and manual packaging stations to meet production targets and quality standards. Associates inspect printed metal plates, assemble packaging, maintain organized workstations, replenish materials, and follow safety, operating, and quality procedures. Duties may change or be assigned to support manufacturing demands.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift.
• Use required PPE: safety glasses and non-slip, closed-toe shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal cutting, corner-rounding, printing, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently according to production targets.
• Inspect printed metal plates for color accuracy, scratches, alignment, and surface defects before final packaging.
• Assemble packaging components, including protective sleeves, mounting magnets, certificates of authenticity, and shipping boxes.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations using 5S principles.
• Replenish raw materials such as unprinted metal sheets, boxes, tape, and protective film as needed.
• Follow plant safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance checklists.
